Coupon Ministry

We Need Your Coupons!

Bring your Sunday paper coupon inserts and leave them at the Information Center in the designated location (please do not fold or rubber band them). With your participation, we will be able to help our widow’s, shut-ins, and the CUOC pantry. We also cut coupons every other Monday. Please bring your scissors & stapler!

Welcome to Sunset Avenue! We are glad that you have chosen to visit our web site. If you live in our area and don’t currently have a church home, we extend a warm invitation for you to visit Sunset Avenue.

We live in a radically shifting world that is looking for quick fixes, simple solutions, and direction for life. We have discovered that the answers to all of life’s questions are found in Jesus Christ. “For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, everything got started in Him and finds its purpose in Him.” (Colossians 1:16, The Message)

Since our direction is found in Christ, we are committed to:

DECLARING the Gospel of Jesus Christ,
DISCOVERING the truths of scripture and their application for everyday living,
DEVELOPING mature disciples in pursuit of Christ-likeness,
DEPLOYING disciples into active ministry in the home, the church, the community, and the world,
DELIGHTING in the Lord, knowing that our deepest pleasure is found in a lifestyle of worship.
